Happy December a day late, friends!

The month has just started and I already feel behind. My Christmas decorations aren’t up, I have several books to read, and I’ve been running around like a chicken with my head cut off. I have tons of ideas for blog posts but haven’t had a chance to work on them yet. I’m sure you all understand, though! It’s simply a busy time of year. Without further ado, here is what I accomplished reading-wise in November:

As you may recall, I planned to use my Kindle Unlimited Trial to read as many books on my TBR as possible before the month was over. My lofty plans don’t always pan out as I hope they will, as was the case with this goal. I only finished 5 books from Kindle Unlimited, unfortunately, and quit reading three books. I suppose the self-inflicted pressure made reading that much more difficult over the month. I had trouble staying interested in some of the stories and had issues with graphic plots in others. Thankfully, four of my eleven reads were five-stars!

I didn’t review every book I read this month, something I try to avoid as often as possible. My life is currently in a state of odd limbo right now and I’m hoping the new year will make it easier to make my blog a larger priority.
